Terms and Conditions

1. Stay

The stay must comply with the conditions specified by the resort. Children aged 0-6 years (maximum 1 child) can stay free of charge without additional accommodation fees if staying with parents and without any extra equipment. However, if the child is over 6 years old, an extra bed will be charged at 800 THB / person, including breakfast.

2. No unauthorized guests

Unauthorized guests are not allowed in the rooms during the specified time. If a violation is found, the resort reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 1,000 THB/person.

3. Responsibility for property

The resort is not responsible for lost or damaged items within the rooms or resort premises. Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

4. Parking

Guests are responsible for their vehicles and items inside their vehicles. The parking area is a service provided by the resort, and the resort is not responsible for any damages that may occur.

5. Prohibition of illegal or unethical acts

Any illegal, unethical, or traditional violations, such as drug use, gambling, or prostitution, are prohibited within the resort premises.

6. Cleanliness and damages

Please maintain cleanliness within the building and your room. If any damages occur, you will be responsible for compensating the resort for the damaged items.

7. Prohibition of pets and hazardous items

Pets, flammable items, hazardous materials, illegal drugs, or items with strong odors, such as durian, are not allowed within the rooms or resort premises.

8. Prohibition of noise and disputes

Making loud noises or engaging in any activities that may disturb others within the resort is prohibited. Any disputes or fights within the resort premises are also prohibited.

9. No smoking in the rooms

Smoking is prohibited within the rooms and other areas of the building, except in designated smoking areas. Violations will result in a fine of 3,000 THB.

10. Prohibition of non-standard electrical appliances

The use of electrical appliances that do not comply with Thailand's electrical standards without a transformer (adapter) is prohibited.

11. Cancellation of stay

If the guest does not check in at the specified time, the resort will not refund the booking fee.

12. Check-in and check-out times

The resort's check-in time starts at 14:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 on the following day. For early check-in, please inquire at the front desk.

13. Late check-out fees

If check-out is delayed beyond the specified time, the following fees will apply:

• 13:00 - 16:00: Pay 50% of the room rate.
• After 16:00: Pay the full room rate.

14. Failure to check out

If check-out is not completed by the specified date and time, the resort reserves the right to charge the guest accordingly.

15. Prohibition of cooking in the rooms

Cooking is not allowed within the rooms or resort premises.

16. Prohibition of setting up tents

Setting up tents within the resort premises is prohibited.

17. Presentation of ID card or passport

Guests must present their ID card or passport (for foreigners) upon check-in and payment of the room fee.

18. Suspension of stay

If the guest does not comply with the specified conditions, the resort reserves the right to suspend the guest's stay.
